- 上述报名条件中，从事翻译工作年限的计算截止日期为考试当年度的12月31日。
- 凡遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，恪守职业道德，具有一定外语水平的人员,均可报名参加相应级别的考试。
- 对于香港、澳门、台湾居民，报名条件参照上述执行，但需额外提供在内地就业、学习或居住的证明。

Qualifications for Registration for CATTI Level II
To be eligible for the CATTI Level II examination (either Interpreting or Translation), candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
Academic Qualifications
- Hold a master's degree in a bilingual or related field.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a bilingual or related field, with at least 2 years of professional translation experience.
Professional Qualification
- Hold the CATTI Level III (Interpreting or Translation) Certificate and have at least 3 years of professional translation experience since obtaining the certificate.
Additional Provisions
- The calculation period for professional experience ends on December 31st of the examination year.
- Candidates must abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, adhere to professional ethics, and possess a certain foreign language proficiency.
- Residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who wish to register must meet the same criteria and provide additional proof of employment, study, or residence in mainland China.

- 关注通知：通常在每年5-6月和8-9月,中国人事考试网会发布上半年和下半年的考试报名通知。
